Most firms buy one AI tool and hope. Berry Law and Revenue Institute built an operations layer across both of the firm's practices: lead engines that grew leads 326% while Google Ads spend went down, a same-day accident-data pipeline doing a full-time employee's work for personal injury intake - freeing that person for casework, not replacing them - business intelligence the partners actually read, internal AI chat, and a daily news-to-content engine. All in production.

Context & Challenge

Berry Law runs two high-volume practices: Veterans Affairs disability - roughly 32,000 active clients, per the firm - and personal injury. Growth at that scale creates two problems at once: keeping new cases flowing into both practices, and keeping the firm's own operations from drowning in the work that growth generates. Revenue Institute built AI into both sides.

Two Practices, One Growth Problem

Berry Law's VA disability and personal injury practices both live on lead flow - and both were paying for it the way every firm does: more Google Ads. Paid leads arrive cold, cost more every quarter, and stop the moment the spend stops. The firm had already tried building its own lead tools; one benefits calculator took a previous team six months and never worked.

The Operations Drag Behind the Growth

Inside the firm, the same pattern repeated in every department. Personal injury intake needed to know about new traffic accidents before anyone called - but that data sat inside a state portal built for humans doing one lookup at a time. Staff burned afternoons answering the same internal questions about event expenses and onboarding materials. Marketing needed daily VA-news content and could not guarantee it during casework surges. Leadership was flying on hand-built reports.

None of these is a hire-worthy problem alone; together they were several salaries of process work.

Our Solution

Lead Engines the Firm Owns

Revenue Institute built AI-driven VA benefits calculators that let veterans get instant, personalized answers about what their claim could be worth - and turn that moment of clarity into a qualified intake, feeding a case-review flow that carries a new client from first form to signed fee agreement without paperwork ping-pong. The first calculator went from kickoff to live in three weeks - the same tool a previous team had spent six months on without shipping, delivered at a fraction of the cost. Because these are assets the firm owns, they generate leads around the clock without buying another click.

Same-Day Accident Intelligence for Personal Injury

An automated agent retrieves the state transportation department's daily traffic-accident reports - a source built for manual, one-at-a-time human lookups - and lands them, structured and same-day, in a new cloud data platform the firm owns. That retrieval and structuring work previously consumed a full-time employee's hours; now personal injury intake works from today's accidents, not last month's.

Business Intelligence and Project Management

Firm performance now flows into accurate, AI-driven reporting and dashboards leadership reads directly, alongside a full project management system. No more hand-built reports.

Internal AI Chat

An assistant embedded in the firm's intranet answers the recurring internal asks - event expense process, employee onboarding collateral, policy questions - instantly, instead of eating a colleague's afternoon.

The Daily Content Engine

Every morning at 7 AM, the day's VA policy developments from the Federal Register and VA newsroom arrive as drafted video scripts in the marketing team's queue.

The Results

Leads Up 326% - With Less Ad Spend

Since the AI lead engines went live, the firm's lead flow has grown 326% while Google Ads spend went down. That is the number that matters: the growth is not rented from an ad platform, it comes from assets the firm owns - and it compounds instead of expiring with the budget.

Three Weeks vs Six Months

The firm had already tried to build a benefits calculator: six months with a previous team, and it never worked. Revenue Institute shipped the first working calculator in three weeks, at a fraction of the cost - and then kept building on it.

A Full-Time Hire's Work, Automated

The accident-data pipeline retrieves, structures, and delivers the state's daily accident reports into the firm's own data platform the same day they post - work that previously consumed a full-time employee's worth of manual lookup hours - putting personal injury intake ahead of the phone instead of behind it. The person is not gone; the lookup work is.

An Operations Layer, Not a Tool

Accurate reporting and AI business intelligence replaced hand-built reports. A full project management system keeps the work visible. Internal questions route to AI chat. Every VA policy development becomes a drafted video script by 7 AM. The process work of five departments now runs as software - and the firm's people do the judgment work.
